Maximize participation and impact with challenges that are fun and engaging for everyone. Our challenges help people adopt healthier habits and this happens one day at a time! It is key to encourage people to be active consistently in order to adopt new habits.
Include the entire team
By building inclusive challenges you can ensure all team members are able to participate in the challenge. Our platform offers various options to build inclusive fitness challenges.
Here are a few suggestions to build more inclusive step and fitness challenges:
- Add conversions to encourage everyone to participate, regardless of their favorite type of sport
- Optionally, you can hide the rankings to make a challenge less competitive and focus on participation rather than performance
- Display only the Top X results to prevent people from feeling discouraged when they would show near the end of the leaderboard
- Focus on a collective goal where all participants work together reaching the goal instead of personal or team performance
Daily and weekly targets
You can create an additional leaderboard in your challenge, focused on Daily or Weekly targets. Challenge administrators can set these targets or even let participants define their own personal goals.
Now we’re on our way to creating healthy habits!
In combination with Daily or Weekly targets, you can also Award Points for reaching and/or outperforming the target. This makes building those new habits all the more fun!
